Happy To Help is here to provide concierge services to take the stress out of your life. Below are questions we are often asked. Please contact us at no obligation if your question is not addressed here.

What is a concierge service?

It is a one-stop resource that helps you manage personal and professional tasks, such as errands, home and car maintenance, waiting on service and repair workers, tending to your pets, helping an aging parent, computer research, gift buying and much more.

Who could benefit from a concierge service?

Senior adults, busy professionals, businesses, new mothers, patients recuperating from surgery or injury, out-of-town guests and you!

Where do you provide your services?

We operate in and around Amarillo and Canyon, Texas. However, if you have a request that would take us outside the area, please don’t hesitate to ask. If at all possible, we will fulfill your request.

What hours are your services available?

Our office hours are Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Our services are provided 24/7 by appointment.

What is your privacy policy?

All personal information is held in the strictest confidence. We will NOT share your information with anyone. In addition, the specifics of the services we provide for you will never be discussed with others.

How much do your services cost?

We charge per hour or per service. We can provide daily or monthly plans. Most of our services are charged on an hourly basis. Depending on the service, some mileage may be charged. Our services are customized to your unique needs. We will give you an estimate of charges after discussing your specific needs.

What form of payment do you accept?

We accept cash and personal checks. Please note that payment is due at the time the service is provided.

What services do you provide for busy professionals?

We give you more time to devote to your successful career by taking care of all those routine but necessary tasks, such as scheduling and meeting repairmen, helping an aging parent, picking up the dry cleaning, making arrangements to be out of town, planning for entertaining clients and handling a host of other time-consuming duties. What services do you provide for senior adults?

From time to time, everyone needs a helping hand, so it is our honor and pleasure to take care of such duties as errands, taking your car for repairs or oil changes, picking up prescriptions, gift buying, handling home repairs, making and confirming your appointments, pet care, computer research, helping you navigate your computer and much more. What services do you provide for new mothers?

While you take care of your new baby, we’ll take care of picking up diapers, formula and groceries and run all your errands. If it’s on your to-do list, let Happy to Help handle it and lighten your load.

What services do you provide for recuperating patients?

We will sit at the hospital with a loved one, arrange for a caregiver, take care of errands, pick up prescriptions and bring groceries and special treats. We’ll even take a care package to a sick friend – soup, a magazine and other comfort items. Call Happy to Help for anything you need.

How can you help me with out-of-town guests?

We can help with a wide array of entertainment ideas – restaurants, day trips, fun activities in the area and more. Let us know your requirements and we’ll generate a list of great ideas. 

How do I provide concierge services as a benefit to my employees?

Giving your staff the gift of time is a wonderful and unexpected employee benefit, and it allows them to be more productive on the job. Please contact us at Happy to Help to find out how affordable this benefit can be.

What if I need a service not listed?

We are truly Happy to Help, so just ask us if you don’t see a particular service listed. If at all possible, we will honor your request. Call Michael Coyne at (806) 640-4911 to discuss.

How much notice do I need to give you?

It is best to schedule your services at least 24 hours in advance, however, we are Happy to Help with little or no notice if at all possible. For your convenience, we have 24-hour voice mail, and we respond to all calls promptly.

What if I need a service after hours or on the weekend?

Services rendered after hours and on the weekends are available at an additional fee. Please don’t hesitate to ask.

What services do you offer for hospital patients and their families?

For patients, we will pick up a forgotten item from home or deliver something you are craving. For families who must spend a great deal of time at the hospital, we will run errands and take care of anything on your to-do list. We will also sit with a patient in the hospital.
